Monitor and administrate the Computerised Maintenance Management System on breakdown and preventive maintenance.

Assign work request to respective biomedical staff accordingly.

Ensure work request forms and necessary documentations are signed by departmental head or supervisor after rectification done by biomedical staff.

Update and maintain files and personnel records.

Maintain and update stationery stock level.

Safeguard and ensure confidentiality and privacy of departmental documents and letters.

Job Requirement :

Minimum SPM with credit in English, Science and Mathematics

Preferably with 1 year of experience in office administration

Computer literate with knowledge on Microsoft Office

Possess good oral and communication skills

Possess good clerical and administrative skills
