Customer Success Executive (Accounting Software)

Responsibilities -Provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email, occasionally with outbound calls. -Obtain strong product knowledge in order to resolve customer’s queries effectively. -Go the extra miles to understand customers' pain points and try to resolve in a timely manner. -Maintain good relationships with our customers and ensure their business success by using our products. -Manage and escalate bug reports and feature requests to the product team. -Work closely with the product and development team in resolving customer’s technical issues. • Basic accounting knowledge required (Diploma / degree or professional certificates in accounting or equivalent). -Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or customer servicing role. (Fresh graduates with great potential are welcomed) -Junior to mid-level positions available. -Attentive and empathetic to customers' challenges and pain points. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language with another added language, either Chinese language or Malay language. -Tech savvy and high attention to detail. -Possess excellent self-motivation and self-discipline. -Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
