Position : Customer Service – Banking (on‑site)

Working hours : Rotational shift. 8 AM to 11 PM (9 hours per shift including break)

Contract : 6 months

Requirements :

  • SPM (credit in Math or English) or STPM with minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Fresh graduates (Diploma and Degree) welcome to apply

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and procedures to achieve team goals.
  • Collaborate with your immediate manager to motivate the team and monitor performance.
  • Mentor and guide associates to enhance their individual performance.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets with minimal direct supervision.
  • Prioritize client needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with performance measured using specific metrics.
