Overview

Join us—a company based in Penang, dedicated to manufacturing helmets and providing motorcycle-related products. We are looking for several passionate and talented sales representatives to promote our products in Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, or Johor. If you are passionate about the motorcycle industry and possess excellent sales and customer service skills, we welcome you to join our team!

Location : Sales Representative in Negeri Sembilan / Sales Representative in Selangor

Job Description and Responsibilities

Responsible for sales activities, developing new clients, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Keep a keen observation on market dynamics and competitor activities, providing regular market analysis.
Participate in formulating sales strategies and plans to achieve the company\'s sales targets and growth expectations.
Use company-provided mobile phones and tablets for sales management and client follow-up.
Must have your own transport.

We Offer

Basic Salary : Competitive monthly salary based on experience and capability.

Commission : High commission based on sales performance.

Quarterly Bonus : Extra rewards for exceeding sales targets.

Year-End Bonus : Distributed based on the company\'s overall performance and individual contribution.

Car Allowance : Provided for work-related visits.

Fuel Allowance : Based on actual mileage.

Lodging Allowance : Provided for work that requires overnight stays.

Job Requirements

At least a high school diploma (SPM) or equivalent.

Those with relevant sales experience will be given priority.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Must possess a valid driving license.

Mandarin speaker is recommended; in some situations, Malay and English will be required.
