Assist in conducting pre-employment check.Maintain and update HR related information and documents in system. Assist in scheduling interview as per approved guidelines if required. Checking and confirming that all the details are correctly generated by the system. Job Requirements : Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply. 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration processes; preferably someone from shared service environment Proven administrative support experience.Demonstrates knowledge and / or experience in human resources and cases management system - SAP / Workday.
