Job Responsibility : To be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. To assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, Training and Development programs, Recruitment process and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. -Support the implementation of HR Strategies aligned with business goals. -Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high quality candidates. -Lead and manage the end-to end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding; ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding throughout hiring process -Support effective Training and Development initiatives to support employee growth and business performance. -Support the implementation of talent development, succession planning and leadership development initiatives -Issuing of HR related letters e.g. appointment letter; confirmation; salary adjustment, transfer and etc. -Update and maintain HR Policies and Procedure in line with legal changes to ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations and statutory requirement -Handling employee engagement and staff activities (team building, birthday / festive celebrations etc.) from conceptualization, planning until its success execution. -Address employees’ grievances and support disciplinary processes in a fair and compliant manner -Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements -Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 5 years' working experience. -Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and statutory HR compliances is mandatory; -Proven experience in both Recruitment and Training and Development functions. -High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters. -Must speak be Mandarin, computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. -Experience in employer branding and content creation on TikTok, XHS or similar platforms.
