Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax computations in accordance with the tax legislations & requirements, complete and submit the tax returns (Malaysia & overseas) within the stipulated time.
• Prepare supporting tax schedules with high volume of data for superiors.
• Prepare / review provisional tax computations and submit estimate of tax payable and revised estimate of tax payable for assigned companies.
• Prepare schedules for tax audit with guidance from superiors.
• Support team members in preparation and submission of Country-by-Country Reporting (CBCR), CBCR notifications and master file for Genting Group of Companies.
• Support team members to assess the Global Minimum Tax (GMT) impact for tax provisioning and in preparation and submission of GMT registration, notification and returns for Genting Group of Companies.
• Support team members on transfer pricing (TP) compliance matters, including TP study analysis and TP documentation preparation and updates.
• Execute tax compliance procedures & plans set out by superiors.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.
