Job description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance, 2+ years’ experience, familiar with accounting software.
  • Language required : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Required skills :  Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

Responsibility

  • Handle daily transactions, invoicing, claims, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and forecast cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with SST, EPF / SOCSO, tax filing, and audit processes.
  • Support procurement by verifying POs, supplier invoices, and payment terms.
  • Maintain accounting systems and update finance SOPs.
