Operations Deputy / Director

We are seeking a senior, results‑oriented operational leader to join our executive team as the Operation Director / Deputy Director . This position holds ultimate responsibility for our entire Assembly and Final Test manufacturing organization, a large‑scale operation of 1000‑1500 employees.

You will be tasked with directing and optimizing our Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and New Product Introduction (NPI) functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data‑driven, and technically‑proficient leader with a proven track record of managing complex, high‑volume operations and driving world‑class performance.

What You Will Do

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead, manage, and mentor a large‑scale organization + DL / IDL employees) across Manufacturing, Engineering (Process & Equipment), and NPI.
• Develop and execute a clear operational strategy and direction that aligns with factory‑wide goals, ensuring flawless, systemic execution.
• Establish a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
