Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Perform other clerical duties and ad-hoc tasks as required
