QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc. in Business Administration or Business Management with Project Management certification
• At least 10 years of proven regional experience in After Sales Project Management within the infrastructure or building construction industry
• Experience in the Agriculture industry is beneficial
• Results-driven leader with financial and commercial awareness, with good planning skills to anticipate construction issues and motivate teams to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to travel within the Southeast Asia region
• Fluency in Bahasa and English

JOB DESCRIPTION

COMPANY is seeking an experienced Director of After Sales Project Management based in Southeast Asia. The primary responsibility is to act as a commercial and technical business analyst, translating and reviewing business requirements into functional and technical specifications for livestock equipment. This director will manage after-sales and field service activities in the region, including assembly / installation of livestock equipment structures, customer service, and spare parts inventory management. Responsibilities also include ensuring professional assembly and commissioning of livestock equipment according to quality standards, observing deadlines and costs.
