Business Support, Analyst (1 Year Contract)
Position Objective :
- Support the CS business through effective management and execution of client CDD and other related regulatory processes.
- Provide business administration support for the team.
Responsibilities
Support in the client onboarding screening – CDD, company registration / SSM forms, Business Owner identification, etc prior and after iPoS submissionCall / email to follow up with Agents on pending documents to close the new business submission processSingle contact point to educate and guide the Agents on the submission process in iPoS when Agents face challengesTrack, monitor and remind Agents on the submission progressFollow up with Middle Office on the status of escalation caseWork closely with CMX Team to guide the Agents on defermentsEmail blast, contact and reminder to targeted Agents for specific activities, CS clinics to improve submission processChecking on the policy or members status in Case360 / G400Support in any physical event / virtual event, if applicableQualifications and Skills
Diploma or certificates in any fields of study.Fresh graduates or with 1-2 year working experience; definitely will be considered.Communication skills – well conversed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Computer skills, preferably in Excel and systems.Good problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.Self-motivated, passionate, resourceful, proactive, result driven, and able to work in a stressful and challenging environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
