Join a dynamic organization to lead financial operations, manage a high-performing team, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. This role involves overseeing monthly accounts, budgets, forecasts, compliance, and process improvement initiatives, while acting as a key liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders. Job Scope

Drive financial process improvements and coordinate projects as required, liaising with compliance and internal control teams Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies, statutory requirements, and internal audit standards Assist in the planning and review of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts Serve as the main finance contact point for both internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, regulatory bodies, and banks Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and deliver insightful financial analysis to support senior leadership decision-making Manage and coach the finance team to ensure efficient daily operations and accurate financial data recording Thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment while fostering collaboration and high performance Requirements

Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP Proven expertise in core finance functions such as accounts receivable / payable, month-end closing, financial reporting, and treasury management Exposure to audit and commercial finance functions is preferred (commercial finance refers to operational accounting such as month-end closing) Minimum 7-9 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2-4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity Seniority level
