• We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Associate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing strategies, analyzing data, and implementing solutions to drive business improvement and operational efficiency.
• Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing findings and recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics and deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategies.
• Attend weekly operational meetings to provide support, consolidate key points, and execute action plans.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a consulting or analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Experience in data analytics, process automation, operating systems, and business process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
