BIM Modeller (MEP)

Job Responsibilities

• Generate detailed BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and Electrical works in accordance with project requirements.
• Work closely with the BIM Coordinator on model amendment.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings if needed to resolve problems related to projects.
• Actively participate in clash detection sessions as needed, contributing to seamless project execution.
• Provide regular progress reports to the BIM Manager / Senior Coordinator, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines.
• Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to develop drawings for submission, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and best practices.
