About the Role

Here’s your chance to lead one of Seremban’s most respected aesthetic clinics! We’re looking for a dynamic, full-time Clinic Manager to run day-to-day operations and inspire a team to deliver top-notch service and unforgettable client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinic operations including staff scheduling and performance reporting
  • Ensure clients receive safe, high-quality care every single visit
  • Lead marketing campaigns that attract and retain loyal clients
  • Create a supportive, goal-focused team culture
  • Monitor KPIs to drive growth and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing clinics in the beauty or wellness space
  • Strong leadership in operations and financial management
  • Stellar communication and team-building abilities
  • In-the-know about industry trends and regulations
  • Obsessed with delivering exceptional service and results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management tools
  • Fluent in Chinese, English & Malay (written and spoken)
