This full-time Procurement Executive role at ERIKS’ offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading engieering company. Based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure the efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

What you’ll be doing

Researching and identifying new suppliers to expand the company’s procurement network
Negotiating favourable terms and pricing with suppliers
Raising purchase orders and managing the procurement process
Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to meet production demands
Analysing procurement data and providing recommendations to improve efficiency
Collaborating cross-functionally to align procurement activities with business objectives
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

Relevant experience in a procurement or inventory management role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software such as SAP.

A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
