The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Develop the company's overall sales strategy and goals, leading the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Plan and manage the sales team’s work, including target allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to formulate targeted sales plans and activities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and take timely measures to optimize sales efforts.
  • The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Automotive, Hospitality and Manufacturing industry.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
