Job Description & Summary

You’ll have the opportunity to experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition. As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to :

• Proven ability to identify and address client needs;
• Experience in building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;

• Demonstrated leadership as a business advisor, including developing new relationships, making introductions to sell new services with a "One Firm" service mindset;
• Experience in innovating through new and existing technologies, and experimenting with digitization solutions; and,
• Proficiency in using digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills

Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and / or a proven record of success in complex tax issues faced by non-publicly traded companies and day-to-day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities by :
