  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Country Director such as preparing statistical, reports, analyzing information, presentation deck and other administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with expense reports and processing invoices for Country Director office
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other necessary materials. This includes attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Handling information requests and preparing correspondence.
  • Receiving visitors and arranging conference calls.
  • Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel.
  • Lead, manage, and supervise the business support / admin team
  • artnering global shared service (GBS) in facility management and maintaining office efficiency & ensuring a pleasant and safe work environment
  • Design and implement procedural and office policies (in line with ASEAN policies) to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered toSuccess in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following :
  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial and / or office management experiences.
  • Good knowledge and application skills in MS Office.
