Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Costing Engineer, located in Bayan Lepas. The Costing Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing and evaluating current costing structures, and developing cost reduction strategies. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineering and production teams to understand material and labor costs, updating cost databases, and presenting cost analysis reports to management. The role requires evaluating manufacturing processes, ensuring cost alignment with budgets, and contributing to the financial planning and forecasting activities of the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation and cost analysis
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work on-site in Bayan Lepas
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
