Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the analysis, design, development, maintenance in any of the following areas : SAP IS-Retail - FICO, SD, MM & WM
  • Participate in project implementation activities
  • Work closely with the SAP support team and team leads to prepare the functional specifications and design documents and / or change request documents for approval
  • Provide and share domain knowledge with the in-house team and business units
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors and users to gather and define requirements
  • Develop functional test scripts and system documentation
  • Maintain and optimize existing interfaces between ERP system and 3rd party systems; and develop new interfaces
  • Provide assistance and training to users to carry out UAT and integration testing

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Project management and consulting experience will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated individuals with the ability to learn and develop independently
  • Good interpersonal, team work, communication skills among colleagues and users
