What you'll be doing?
- Client liaison : Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client objectives.
- Project management : Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals, working closely with creative, production, and event teams for smooth execution.
- Proposal development : Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and campaign reports to clients.
- Financial oversight : Track budgets, manage invoicing processes, and ensure timely payments.
- Business development : Support new business initiatives and contribute to client pitch presentations.
- Relationship building : Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and day-to-day communication.
- Documentation : Assist in preparing contracts, production quotations, and other necessary documentation for client approval and internal processes.
- Campaign coordination : Manage various aspects of campaign execution, including retailer approvals, client submissions, and material specifications.
- Meeting participation : Attend and contribute to sales, pre-meet, and post-meet sessions, ensuring accurate information sharing and follow-ups.
- Administrative support : Assist with expense claims, reception duties, and HR-related tasks as needed.
