Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Corporate Administration & Secretarial, Public Relation, Mass Communication, or related field is required.
Knowledge of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and Companies Act 2016 is required.
Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks and compliance systems is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital filing systems is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate affairs, compliance or governance‑related role. Knowledge in Listing Requirements, Company Secretarial or Internal / External Audit is an advantage. Experience in a public listed company or regulated industry is an added advantage.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Support
Assist in implementing and maintaining the company’s compliance monitoring framework.Prepare and maintain records for submission to regulatory authorities (e.g., Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, Companies Commission).Support internal compliance audits and follow‑up actions on audit findings.Coordinate compliance training sessions and maintain participation records.Track deadlines for periodic filings, returns, and reports.Corporate Governance Administration
Provide administrative and documentation support for Board of Directors and Committee meetings.Prepare and circulate internal agendas, meeting papers, and meeting minutes accurately and on time.Maintain statutory registers, resolutions, and corporate records in accordance with the Companies Act and listing requirements.Assist in organizing Board & Committee Meeting, AGMs, EGMs, and other governance‑related events.Support updates and internal dissemination of governance policies and procedures.Stakeholder Relations & Corporate Communications
Assist in managing communications with shareholders, investors, media, and regulatory bodies.Support the preparation of investor relations materials, announcements, and press releases.Monitor media coverage and prepare stakeholder engagement reports.Support crisis communication initiatives and maintain documentation for public disclosure.Company Overview
