Job description

This is a full-time F&B Sales Executive position at Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns (A member of OSK Group), located in Kuantan, Pahang. You will play a key role in driving food and beverage sales and revenue for the hotel, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively promoting and selling the hotel's food and beverage offerings to generate new business
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the local market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Negotiating and securing contracts for events, functions and catering services
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop appealing food and beverage offerings
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the business

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive and target-driven approach to sales
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
