Job description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification or higher.
  • Computer literate. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms effectively.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and has own transport.
  • Physically fit and healthy and able to work long or irregular hours.
  • No criminal / Police record and must pass a criminal background check.
  • Possess a Certified Security Guard (CSG) certificate is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Helping the Security Operations Manager to supervise a team of security guards across multiple sites.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage guard deployments based on client contracts.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, and surprise checks.
  • Meet & communicate with clients to solve security guarding-related matters.
  • Ensure all guards adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
  • To respond to emergencies (for eg. alarm trigger events) and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy.
  • To carry out ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Security Operations Manager or the Management, such as security services for event functions & etc.
