• Supporting the analysis and definition of requirements relating to DCC / MCP / FX solutions received from customers and partners during pre-sales, project and operational phases.
• Liaising with and driving internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfil the delivery and support of DCC / MCP / FX payment solutions.
• Be, and act as the driver of the product development roadmap liaising with all internal teams and external stakeholders as appropriate.
• Liaise with commercial and marketing teams to develop appropriate pre-sales and support materials relating to DCC / MCP / FX payment solutions.
