Role Summary

Own a small portfolio of cross-functional

strategic programs

that advance company priorities, while establishing a lightweight, fair

hiring and onboarding, talent management

rhythm for key teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role working closely with leadership and partner teams within a software solutions company.

Responsibilities

  • Program design (support) :

Co-develop objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics; maintain OKRs and core documentation.

  • Drive execution :
  • Build and update work plans, trackers, and action logs; coordinate tasks across teams; uphold meeting cadence and decision records.

  • Refinement & improvement :
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous process improvements.

  • Governance & reporting :
  • Prepare concise executive updates and dashboards showing status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes / benefits.

  • Portfolio coordination :
  • Help prioritize initiatives by impact and capacity; surface trade-offs and escalate blockers early.

  • People enablement :
  • Execute structured hiring basics (role profiles, scorecards, interview scheduling, feedback hygiene) and maintain simple onboarding processes.

  • Knowledge management :
  • Keep shared workspaces current; curate lightweight knowledge libraries and version-controlled artifacts.

  • Stakeholder alignment :
  • Facilitate clear communication among leadership, internal teams, and partners; ensure actions and owners are explicit.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years
  • in program / project coordination, change management, or adjacent roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, milestones, and simple templates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication : concise documentation, structured presentations, and calm meeting facilitation.
