As a Technician II supporting Molding Production , you will handle complex tasks related to operating molding tools and equipment with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, handling materials, operating automated equipment, resolving issues, performing mold changes, and troubleshooting medical device molds. This role requires advanced technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to maintain high production standards and efficiency at Johor, Malaysia . A typical day will involve :

• Handling complex tasks related to operating molding tools and equipment with minimal supervision
• Conducting quality inspections using gauges and fixtures, and monitoring quality statistically to ensure standards compliance
• Following work instructions and GMP / GDP requirements
• Handling materials and operating automated equipment
• Resolving issues as they arise
• Performing mold changes and collaborating with various departments
• Troubleshooting medical device molds
• Conducting optical tool inspection, assembly, setup, targeting, line clearance, mechanical and negative checks, and changeover
• Operating solvent supply and disposal systems for production and research
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation
• Ensuring rigorous quality control and completing all required training
• Meeting individual job requirements and contributing to overall organizational compliance
• Committing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
• Adhering to GxP regulations by strictly following SOPs
