Job description

Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily site operations for infrastructure and building projects across Malaysia. The Project Supervisor will ensure work is carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and safety standards, while supporting the Project Manager and Construction Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget. Candidates with experience supervising JKR (Jabatan Kerja Raya) and JPS (Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran) projects are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction site activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor workmanship, quality, and progress against approved plans and schedules.
  • Enforce compliance with site safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
  • Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and materials to meet project requirements.
  • Report daily site progress, issues, and updates to the Project / Construction Manager.
  • Assist in resolving technical / site problems with consultants and contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective actions for defects and non-compliance.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience in building or infrastructure projects.
  • Prior experience in JKR / JPS projects (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to be stationed at project sites in Perak, Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, or other locations .
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Possess CIDB Green / Yellow Card.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and site reporting software.
