What You Will Expect :
Develop, plan, and execute the agency change management strategy and communication plan, including outreach programmes designed to enhance agent engagement and drive adoption of key agency initiatives, particularly digital tools.
What You Will Do :
- Plan and execute change management strategy initiatives for digital and agency-related projects, including the development of launch materials such as circulars, posters, training decks, FAQs, video guides, and more. Collaborate with subject matter experts and lead nationwide helpdesks or clinics to support implementation.
- Conduct focus group sessions to gather insights and actionable feedback from agents and provide recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Define the agent experience journey and develop targeted engagement and nurturing strategies aligned with agents' behaviours, needs, and motivations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within an Agile Squad structure, working closely with teams from Agency Distribution, Marketing, and IT to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with Marketing to understand what resonates with agents & customers and refine content & messaging to enhance impact and engagement.
- Work with Digital Analytics to identify trends, uncover insights, and explore opportunities to increase agent adoption, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Drive consistent communication and engagement efforts, including updates, reminders, and activities, to ensure sustained adoption and usage of AIA's digital tools, aligned with performance targets.
- Identify strategic and executional gaps, recommend and implement corrective actions to optimize outcomes.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support operational and business needs.
What You Will Need :
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in change management, campaign management, or driving results through sales campaigns, contests, marketing initiatives, and training.Candidates with prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.Strong presentation skills with the ability to develop and deliver effective presentation materials.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data sets.Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.Results-driven with strong follow-through and execution capabilities.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
