Resident Engineer (Cyber Security)

General personal skill :

The primary focus of the Resident Engineer is to provide technical support, able to deliver “best-practices” and performing technical operation to selected customers. The candidate should display an understanding of technology infrastructures using network security, Endpoint security or threat monitoring / scanning tools.

Job Description :

• Multi-tasking skill with a keen eye for detail who are well organized and thrive in fast-paced, high-stress scenarios.
• Review service request and handle daily technical operation (Endpoint security) support to customers within given SLA.
• Provide system maintenance and test patches / fixes to ensure they are implemented and functioning correctly.
• Analyse customer’s endpoint configurations.
• Provide regular updates on work-in-progress and current issues.
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly report(s).
• Coordinate and work with third-party vendors where applicable.
• Candidate will be based at client's site.
