Oversee the submission of indirect tax of the Company to regulator and Generali Group. Main Responsibility Manage Strategic Projects within Finance Manage special projects within Finance that has strategic impact on the organization. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Meet milestones and objectives of strategic projects within Finance. Lead project teams through implementation phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Manage expectations and facilitate decision-making. Set up check points and updates on strategic projects. Drive adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. Manage communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement. Performance Management of Business Units and Branches Track actual performance against targets on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly). Collaborate with business units and branches to cascade targets and ensure alignment. Work closely with operational teams to understand performance drivers. Identify opportunities to enhance performance through process optimization or automation. Implement processes and controls on performance management. Support audit and control requirements related to financial performance. Manage Indirect Tax Manage the submission of indirect tax, Global Minimum Tax, Group reporting on tax to regulator and Generali Group. Ensure timely and accurate filing of indirect tax returns Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for tax filings. Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure compliance across jurisdictions. Educate internal teams on indirect tax requirements and updates. Maintain accurate records of tax transactions, filings, and correspondence. Prepare documentation and responses for indirect tax audits. Implement process and controls over indirect tax. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to automate tax processes. Manage the liquidation of an inactive company Finalize financial statements and ensure all accounts are up to date. Work together with the legal, company secretary and regional office to man-age the liquidation. Maintain records for audit purpose. Qualification and Experience Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in relevant and related job functions / roles Ability to adapt and learn fast, diligent, trustworthy and have strong initiative to learn Result oriented, committed, team player, positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate, specifically in MS Office Experience in project management / performance management / indirect tax Strong verbal and written communication skills An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving Seniority level
