, you will be responsible for driving revenue to the shopping mall with a strategic retail plan and tenant mix.

You will head a team in prospecting, qualifying and negotiating with potential tenants to meet the approved leasing budget and timelines. To maintain a competitive edge in the retail mall industry, you will need to be on top of market trends and generate new leads, conduct business networking and tenant needs analyses. You are responsible to drive and monitor the whole leasing cycle for the assigned mall including new leases, lease renewals, relocation and expansion projects. Beyond achieving departmental goals, you'll be a mentor, coaching and developing your team to reach their full potential.

To excel in this role, you should possess significant experience in similar senior management position within the retail leasing sector. You'll be degree-qualified with exceptional communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen. We're looking for a proactive, results-oriented leader with a strong sense of ownership, a knack of innovative thinking, and proven track record of exceeding leasing goals with both local and international tenants. Your ability to anticipate challenges, adapt to new circumstances, and maintain a professional, outgoing and, and can-do attitude will be key to your success.
