Job descriptionPart-time / Freelance Paid per video posted (base pay) + bonus if video performs well (based on views) Remote, async – just need internet, a laptop, and good creative sense Are obsessed with TikTok / Reels trends Have a strong sense of what goes viral and why Are comfortable being on camera (talking head commentary, reactions, etc.) Have basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, TikTok native editor, etc.) Can work independently and hit daily video goals Optional : experience in acting, reacting, podcast-style commentary, or content creation You've grown your own TikTok or IG Reels account You can turn boring content into spicy viral bait You're funny, sharp, and a little controversial (we like that) Fresh grads, students, interns Side hustlers who want creative freedom Content junkies who scroll TikTok all day and understand what works New creators trying to build their own account with viral content Full-time professionals looking for a primary income People expecting high fixed salary or corporate structure Applicants who aren't willing to try new formats, be creative, or show their face when needed

What You'll Do
- Remix original videos into short, high-impact, scroll-stopping clips
- Add reactions, captions, sound effects, voiceover, memes, or even record yourself giving commentary
- Post clips on account provided and follow daily upload schedule
- Spot trends and apply them to clipping content — think POVs, reactions, duets, controversial hot takes, etc.
- Share your best results with the team; help build our viral content playbook
Job Type
Pay Structure
Base Pay : RM15–RM30 / video (depends on format and quality)
