Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound WhatsApp / phone enquiries to promote and sell travel packages
• Handle English & Mandarin‑speaking clients (Mandarin proficiency required) and provide clear, confident responses to enquiries
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to each customer's needs
• Deliver expert, personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences and budgets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Track and achieve daily / weekly call targets and sales KPIs
• Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to present accurate and timely information
• Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews
