Telemarketer for Membership Retention

Responsibilities

• Contact Expired Members and perform tasks : Primary Email Address; perform online search to update database; inform members that their membership has expired or will expire on 31st December and guide them to renew online.
• Complete daily call report to Manager and Senior Manager of Membership and Services Division.
• Daily target is to make 150 phone calls attempts.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor.
