Job description

1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting : -Provide real-time technical support to resolve electrical and system-related issues for Bomb Battle’s interactive games and attractions. -Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions, focusing on electrical components (e.g., wiring, power supply, control circuits). -Diagnose and repair electrical faults in game systems, controllers, lighting, and other interactive components. 2. Preventive Maintenance : -Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, including testing, calibration, and firmware updates. -Maintain records of maintenance schedules, completed tasks, and any parts replaced. -Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements for stability and safety. 3. Electrical Installation and Configuration : -Assist in the setup and configuration of new gaming equipment, including electrical wiring, sensor integration, and control panel installation. -Work with the installation team to ensure compliance with safety standards and optimal functionality. -Conduct initial testing of equipment to ensure proper electrical connectivity. 4. Customer Support and Training : -Provide customer support for technical inquiries, including game operations, electrical safety, and equipment functionality. -Conduct training sessions for staff on safe usage and basic troubleshooting of equipment. -Create user manuals or quick guides for staff and customers. 5. Safety Compliance and Reporting : -Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance follow industry safety standards (e.g., MS IEC, OSHA). -Identify and report potential electrical hazards to the Technical Support Manager. -Document incidents, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions in a technical support log. 6. Inventory Management : -Manage spare parts inventory for electrical components (wires, fuses, control boards). -Coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock of critical electrical parts. -Suggest upgrades or replacement of obsolete electrical components. 7. Continuous Improvement : -Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement enhancements in system design. -Provide feedback to the product development team for improving equipment durability and user experience. -Stay updated with the latest electrical safety protocols and emerging technology relevant to interactive gaming. Education : Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience : 2+ years of experience in technical support, electrical maintenance, or a similar role. Technical Skills : -Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and control systems. -Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes). -Basic understanding of IoT devices and their electrical configurations. -Familiarity with safety protocols for electrical systems. Soft Skills : -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. -Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff. -Team player with a proactive attitude. Availability : Willing to work on-site, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
