Overview
Promote and sell the resort’s rooms, F&B outlets, and event packages to potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads from various channels. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to build and strengthen relationships. Handle inquiries and provide prompt responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up After Sales
Ensure clients’ needs are met and encourage repeat business.
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Banquet, and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain proper records of bookings, contracts, and client correspondence. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Market Research & Promotion
Update client database and maintain accurate sales records. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, and social media engagement. Participate in exhibitions, sales calls, and networking events to promote the resort’s services.
Team Support
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving departmental sales goals. Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality sales (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems. Pleasant personality with customer-oriented attitude.
