Event Coordinator / Specialist

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Event Coordinators to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events & conferences. This role requires an individual with a passion for creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Conceptualize event themes and ideas in alignment with clients requirements.
• Develop comprehensive event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Independently plan, organize, and oversee events - ensuring smooth execution from conception to completion.
• Directly liaise with vendors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to manage all event logistics effectively.
• Manage event schedules, including setup, breakdown, and post-event evaluations, working independently.
• Act as the main point of contact during events, swiftly resolving any arising issues and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
