Website Content and Marketing Coordinator

The Website Content and Marketing Coordinator manages website updates, ensuring accurate, functional, and visually consistent content aligned with the marketing calendar. This role collaborates with design, content, and development teams, supports marketing operations, and coordinates marketing materials to maintain a strong, cohesive online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revise website materials and routine content in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Perform regular checks on the website to ensure all pages are functioning correctly and resolve any bugs or inconsistencies.
  • Upload and format content in the CMS , ensuring it is accurate, properly linked, and visually consistent.
  • Assist in carrying out marketing operations tasks to ensure that website development aligns with content strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to oversee website updates.
  • Monitor and follow up on new Marketing Material Applications from both the admin and sales teams.
  • Provide support for other website‑related projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in marketing, content posting and management, or related fields (entry‑level candidates with relevant skills are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and troubleshoot website issues (e.g., broken links, display issues, content errors, slow‑loading pages).
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in reading and speaking in Mandarin.
