Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of working experience in admin & accounting is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (SQL) is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and / or Mandarin
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and office coordination
  • Maintain and update accounting records, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries for monthly accounts
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients regarding invoices and payments
