Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or a related field
- 1–2 years of working experience in admin & accounting is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (SQL) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and / or Mandarin
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and office coordinationMaintain and update accounting records, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchersAssist with bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliation and petty cash handlingPrepare simple reports and summaries for monthly accountsLiaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients regarding invoices and paymentsBenefits
