Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in data entry and invoice processing.
- Solid understanding of account reconciliation and general ledger processes.
- Experience in preparing financial reports.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies.Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries, accruals, and other necessary adjustments.Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records, both physical and electronic.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports.Benefits
