Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager / superior;
Establish and manage relationships with Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs;
Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques;
Negotiate business terms with key customers;
Plans, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies;
Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities supported by data analysis;
Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning;
Prepare sales forecast and Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction;
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skills & knowledge requirements :
Possess a minimum diploma in Business or any relevant field.
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Industry.
Ability to articulate product and / or value offerings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Positive, motivated attitude.
Good in computer skills, particularly Excel.
