Senior Account Executive (Financial & Insurance Services Sector)

What You’ll Do
- Account & Customer Relationship Management : Serve as the end‑to‑end account owner, managing sales of software licenses and cloud subscriptions while establishing trusted relationships with customers.
- Strategic Account Planning : Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive sustainable growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Landscape Understanding : Gain a comprehensive view of each customer’s technology stack, strategic goals, and competitive environment.
- Demand Generation, Pipeline & Opportunity Management : Maintain a healthy pipeline, leverage internal marketing, inside‑sales, and partner channels to drive demand and manage opportunities.
- Solution Portfolio Utilization : Employ SAP’s extensive solution portfolio—including industry‑specific and line‑of‑business (LoB) offerings—to meet customer needs.
- Sales Excellence & Upsell : Conduct white‑space analysis to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, orchestrate the OneSAP approach, and position solutions against competitors.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate customer and pipeline details within CRM systems.
- Virtual Account Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate remote, cross‑functional teams to align with customer strategic objectives.
- Value Maximization : Maximize the value derived from SAP’s extensive sales‑support ecosystem.
What You Bring
10+ years of experience selling complex business software / IT solutions.Proven success in business application software sales and leading team‑selling environments.Strong negotiation skills with experience in renewals, expansions, and upsells of subscription‑based solutions.Fluent in Business English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Domain expertise in Financial & Insurance Services Sector.Soft Skills
