About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Cres Wellness Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's premier one-stop beauty destination with nine outlets across the country This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Handle customer inquiries and appointments via phone, email and chat
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Provide product / service information clearly and accurately
