Key Responsibilities : Engage in safety and health inspections and audits to ensure compliance with applicable safety and health legislation and other requirements.

Assist in organizing safety and health activities, including events and training programs.

Contribute to the development and updating of safety and health induction materials for employees and project owners, ensuring these are easily accessible on the company's intranet.

Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating safety and health documents and records as required by applicable OSH legislation and other requirements.

Support various business functions in the areas of safety and health by assisting with relevant tasks.

Assist in the communication of safety and health policies, procedures, and guidance to all employees, ensuring that these are regularly updated on the internal portal.

Educate employees on safety and health procedures and regulations, promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

Assist in the distribution and record-keeping of first aid kits.

Collaborate with own team and other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Requirements : Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Health, Safety & Environment or Occupational Safety & Health.

Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Malay.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
