EXECUTIVE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Description

This role will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all site matters to ensure timely completion of the project.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities for common infra & landscape handing over and others project planning matters.

2. Understand and appreciate all consultant’s plans and drawings and ensure all works carried out by the contractors comply with the plans and specifications of the consultants.

3. Monitor, control and ensure Quality Control is carried out in order to achieve the required quality standards as per construction drawings and specifications by consultants.

4. Monitor progress of the construction site to meet the targets of every stage of completion of the construction works such as billing stages.

5. Attend and reply to all necessary third party letters of correspondences in the course of the duties and implement an efficient filling system.

6. To ensure the effective implementation of the relevant Quality Management System.

7. Ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standard guidelines of the relevant Acts, regulations, by-laws and other.

8. To assist on all land related matter i.e. subdivision, strata title, final title etc.

9. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

8. To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

9. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
