Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional value? We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at SalesWorks International! In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, campaign success, and long-term satisfaction. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives on driving client outcomes and building meaningful partnerships, this is the role for you.Core Responsibilities
Act as the key liaison between SalesWorks and assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives.Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.Track and analyse campaign performance data, providing clients with regular updates and actionable insights.Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and recommend relevant solutions or optimisations.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and training teams to ensure campaign execution meets expectations.Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.Conduct regular business reviews to showcase value delivered and identify future growth opportunities.Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project details, and feedback.Support renewal, upselling, and expansion efforts through strong relationship-building and understanding of client needs.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform client strategies.What We Are Looking For In A Candidate
3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans.Proactive and solution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership.Experience working across departments and managing multiple stakeholders.Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus.Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.What We Offer
