Job description4–6 years offull stack development experience Strong backend skills (e.g.,Node.js, Python, NestJS, Typescript, etc.) and frontend proficiency (React, React Native, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, etc.) Experience witheCommerce systems,bonus logic, orMLM-style structures Familiarity withREST APIs, Git, AWS / Alicloud, and DevOps workflows Bonus if you knowsecurity, bonus automation, ormulti-market architecture Open to occasional night support (e.g., urgent deployments or fixes) —you’ll be fairly compensated with time-off the next day. What You’ll Do
- Build scalablebackend servicesfor marketplace, membership flows, and performance-based bonus systems (e.g., PV, rebates, upgrades)
- Develop and maintainAPIs, microservices, and integrate with payment, logistics, and AI-powered modules
- Lead and guide asmall team of developers, sharing best practices and reviewing code
- Create responsivemobile + desktop UIfor member onboarding, shopping, and admin portals
- Ensuremulti-language, multi-currency, multi-region adaptabilitywith regulatory compliance
- Work closely with PMs, designers, and QA to deliver robust, user-focused solutions
- Participate in QA, deployment, and performance tuning processes
